  12. I'm about to begin learning C++. What would be a "good"
  13. choice as far as a software vendor (i.e., Borland, MS, etc).
  14. Currently, I am using Win 3.11 but I'll be using Win95
  15. before I purchase C++. Any advice on the pros and cons of
  16. each would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
